Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Set-Up Operators for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Easton, PA. This permanent, on-site role requires operating, setting up, and maintaining high-precision metal stamping equipment across multiple shifts to meet tight customer specs.

Responsibilities include machine setup, troubleshooting, reading drawings, data entry, and tool adjustments to ensure quality, labeling, packaging, and palletizing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience operating, setting up, and maintaining high-precision production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts to customer specifications by loading coils, setting machines to specifications, and operating machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment, read drawings, and measure parts using inspection equipment.
• Enter data to inspection, adjustment, production, and inventory sheets.
• Adjust tooling to keep parts within specifications and ensure labeling, packaging, and palletizing.
