Qualifications

• Completion of High School education or GED.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dexterity to handle parts of varied weights and sizes.

• Ability to use hand and power tools, including grinding tools.
• Mechanically inclined or previous assembly experience.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI) and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn, rotate through stations daily.

Responsibilities

• Assemble landing gear legs and components accurately and efficiently according to standards.
• Follow all standard work and Work Instructions (WI) without deviation.
• Work independently or as part of a team to support assembly goals.
• Log and complete training documents as required.
• Perform tasks safely in accordance with safety rules and procedures.
• Rotate daily through positions on the assembly line as needed.
• Communicate courteously with coworkers, supervisors and other teams.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
