Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Laminating Machine Operator to bond materials such as plastic or paper while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires forklift operation, precise material handling, and routine quality checks.

You will set machine parameters, load glue, measure panels for alignment, perform start-up checks, and carry out maintenance. Candidates should be punctual, meticulous, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Basic Safety Forklift Operation and Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Conveys rolls of materials from storage to laminating machine using forklift.
• Loads and aligns material on machine, sets speed/temperature per specifications.
• Inspects first panels for correct bonded alignment using a tape measure.
• Replenishes glue and starts the machine; severs laminated panels when ready.
• Performs routine maintenance and quality checks before and during runs.
