TekniPlex in North Carolina is seeking a Laminator Operator to safely run the adhesive lamination process, bond substrates, and meet production and quality standards. The role emphasizes material utilization and scrap minimization while supporting overall efficiency.

The shift is 10:45pm to 7:00am on the L9 machine, with responsibilities including setup, changeovers, and collaboration with QA and maintenance teams to keep operations smooth and compliant with GDP.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-4 years of prior experience operating a Lamination machine.
• Preferred experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material on rewind machines; operate hoist or lifting device.
• Measure to required width; select impression rolls.
• Monitor liquids and calculate amounts; request more liquids as needed.
