Job summary

Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented Kitting & Assembly Material Handler in Cartersville, GA. You will read travelers, assemble components, and support inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read blueprints, proficiency with hand tools, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. We offer a full-time schedule, first shift hours, and competitive pay with PPE provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and work orders.
• Perform precise math including weight measurements for kitting.
• Operate hand tools safely and accurately in a manufacturing setting.
• Use ERP and Office tools to track materials and document tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read job travelers, work orders, and blueprints to identify parts and verify components.
• Assemble components using basic hand tools.
• Measure components and materials with tape measures and decimals.
• Perform inventory calculations and weight measurements for kitting.
