Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Inventory Data Specialist in Rogers, MN to support inventory accuracy and master data management within manufacturing operations. This role collects, measures, verifies, and maintains product dimensions, weights, and packaging specifications, with time split between office and warehouse.

The ideal candidate has data-focused attention to detail, ERP experience (Epicor a plus), and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data entry or inventory control.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Able to work both desk-side and in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure pallet, container, and item dimensions with designated tools.
• Weigh pallets and inventory items and document findings.
• Enter measurements, weights, and data into ERP and Excel.
• Review records to identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Maintain accuracy when updating inventory data and records.
• Follow established data collection and inventory procedures.
• Verify items and part information in the warehouse to ensure data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies with Warehouse, Inventory Control and Planning teams.
• Keep organized records for audits and reporting.
• Assist with inventory-related projects and data initiatives.
