Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
• Reconcile inventory variances and investigate discrepancies through system research and transaction history review.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
• Support production planning activities, including work order management and scheduling.
• Conduct audits of bills of materials, inventory locations, and backflush transactions to ensure system accuracy.
• Manage end-of-life inventory, including disposition and inventory adjustments.
• Troubleshoot inventory and material flow issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Partner with warehouse, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and operational efficiency.
• Communicate inventory concerns, discrepancies, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and material handling activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in warehouse operations, collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as JDE.
• Prior experience in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment.

The role is set within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling. The ability to lift up to 35 pounds is necessary. Exposure to varying temperatures, machinery noise, and warehouse traffic is expected. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when applicable. The work schedule consists of 4, 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
