Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate, audit-ready on-hand inventory and partner with Finance, Order Management, and Warehouse Operations. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes meticulous counts, strong analytics, and clear communication to leadership. On-site daily work in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse ops, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills for aging, variance, and adjustments.
• Excellent organizational skills with detail-heavy processes.
• Clear communicator to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, pivot tables and basic reporting.
• On-site daily; able to verify counts on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across company- and customer-owned inventory.
• Investigate and resolve count discrepancies, tracing root causes.
• Maintain audit-ready records and report on inventory status.
• Partner with Order Management, Warehouse Ops, and Finance.
• Develop inventory risk thresholds and aging analyses.
• Support quarterly and year-end physical counts.
