Job summary

First Solar is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage cycle counts, BOM, spare parts, and finished goods across our Louisiana facilities. You'll validate transactions in Oracle WMS Cloud, drive inventory accuracy, and escalate discrepancies while supporting SOX controls.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement, with attention to safety, housekeeping, and collaboration with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse/shipping/receiving experience.
• Oracle WMS Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and validate inventory accuracy.
• Process BOM, spare parts, and finished goods transactions.
• Investigate variances and escalate systemic issues.
• Maintain SOX compliance and safety standards.
• Generate reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
