Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and practices.
• Organized, attentive to detail & functions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory data entry and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate variances and take corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.
• Support BOM, Spare, WIP, Finish Good inventories.
• Help create Inventory management work instructions and procedures.
• Coordinate shipments and prioritize based on delivery dates.
• Backup support for other Inventory Control roles.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
