Sealed Air seeks an Inspector/Packer for our 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) at our manufacturing plant. The role focuses on inspecting and packing bags to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required, on the job training provided.
• Specific Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack bags according to bag specifications.
• Ensure box/tote counts match bag specs.
• Maintain quality and report defective products.
• Work as a team with others on the production line.
• Practice 5S and machine sanitation per company standards.
• Complete documentation accurately.
• Assist in training of other Inspector/Packer personnel.
