Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation in Ohio is seeking an Inspector/Packer to inspect and pack bags, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. You will inspect bags, verify counts, and pack into boxes, while upholding 5S and sanitation in a climate-controlled manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack quality bags into box/tote per bag specifications.
• Maintain scrap, efficiency, and product quality on the production line.
• Ensure box/tote counts are accurate as per bag specifications.
• Report suspect or defective products for review and decision.
• Work as a team with others assigned to machine and assist operators.
• Practice 5S, good housekeeping, and machine sanitation.
• Learn to pack all bag specifications on all machines in production.
• Complete documentation accurately and completely.
• Assist in training of other Inspector/Packer personnel.
• Take on other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Job Description

Position Overview

The primary function of the Inspector/Packer is inspecting and packing bags to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Pay: $18.50

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality on product line.
