Job summary

ThermTech in Waukesha, WI is seeking an Inspection Operator to verify products meet customer requirements and document issues within the Quality Management System. Collaboration with production staff and adherence to safety and process standards are essential.

The role involves inspecting parts, identifying nonconformities, and maintaining inspection equipment. High school diploma preferred; prior heat-treating experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior factory work or Heat-Treating experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and process work to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform daily walk through with prior shift for verification of testing instruments.
• Ensure plant organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with production when needed.
• Learn proper testing locations based off of work instructions.
• Understand tagging & transfer procedures.
• Safe & efficient operation of all equipment within the Inspection Department Cell.
