Job summary

A leading supplier of custom molded plastics in Gainesville, Texas, is seeking an experienced Operator to join their dynamic team. This role involves operating injection-molding machines to manufacture products and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates must possess the ability to operate multiple machines and understand blueprints. Physical stamina is essential, including lifting up to 100 pounds. Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a range of excellent benefits that include health insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate more than one molding machine and related support equipment.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials.
• Pull lever to close dies and inject plastic into dies.
• Verify product quality against designated customer requirements.
