Colonial Group is seeking a Mold Technician I to perform molded part production with setup, startup, operation, and shutdown of molding machines. The role follows standard work procedures and Lean tools, performing inspections and routine quality checks.

You will help keep machines and molds running, assist with safety, housekeeping, and cross-shift communication. The position includes progressive training across levels, with direct supervision at early stages and increasing responsibilities as

Qualifications

• Meets physical requirements: standing, lifting 60 lbs, bending.
• Comfortable with mechanical reasoning and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to complete post-hire training within prescribed time frames.

Responsabilités

• Safely performing injection mold changes and machine start-ups within time standards.
• Troubleshooting basic machine, equipment, and robot problems.
• Complete machine process adjustments to meet specifications.
• Maintain daily production paperwork and follow Lean principles.
• Assist with operator training and shift activities as needed.
