Job summary
O'Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead mechanical and electrical upkeep in a steel fabrication environment. You will troubleshoot complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and fabricate components with welding and precision tooling.

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Proactive and able to take direction.
- Expertise with alignment tools and techniques.
- Experience with welding and precision torch work.
- Familiar with preventative maintenance schedules.

- Diagnose system failures with accuracy.
