O'Neal Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled industrial maintenance technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot complex machinery in a heavy manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on mechanical, electrical, and fabrication work, including CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, rigging, and PLC/VFD systems. Typical schedule is 5am-330pm training then 3:30pm-2am, with overtime as needed on Fridays and a second shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Basic troubleshooting for CNC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and processing equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and safety awareness.
• Ability to read schematics and use hand/power tools.
• Experience with PLC and VFD systems troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery/equipment.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring and fixtures using tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment.
• Work with circuit breakers, transformers and other components.
• Balance and align equipment.
• Perform rigging and safety-related functions.
• Fabricate mechanical parts from various metals as needed.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes.
• Support safety and quality programs by following processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
