Job summary

Champion Aerospace LLC is seeking an Igniter Operator for the Igniters department. The role involves assembling mechanical components, following detailed manufacturing instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

First shift is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; flexibility with start and end times is required. Responsibilities include reading and following instructions and blueprints, completing routers and documentation, and operating mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing assembly experience is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
• Committed to safety, quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written manufacturing instructions.
• Read and follow blueprints.
• Complete work order routers and other documentation.
• Operate machines (mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic) in assembly.
• Meet department measures and production goals.
• Read, use and understand basic gauges and other measurement tools.
• Exhibit ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
• Perform duties adhering to quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple areas.
