Job summary

Champion Aerospace LLC is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in South Carolina. The role focuses on the assembly of mechanical components following detailed instructions, while upholding safety, efficiency and quality standards.

The position requires reading and following written instructions and blueprints, operating assembly equipment, and contributing to team-driven production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some manufacturing assembly experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read and follow written manufacturing instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written manufacturing instructions.
• Read and follow blueprints.
• Complete work order routers and other documentation.
• Operate machines (mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic) in the assembly of parts.
• Understand and achieve department measures.
• Read, use and understand basic gauges and other measurement tools.
• Exhibit ability to work in a team environment.
• Perform all duties to Department and Quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet effectiveness and production goals in multiple work areas within the department.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

This position is responsible for the assembly of mechanical components, following detailed manufacturing instructions. Perform all job duties in a safe, efficient and quality manner.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/COMPETENCIES

• Read and follow written manufacturing instructions
• Read and follow Blue Prints
• Complete work order routers and other documentation
• Operate machines (mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic) in the assembly of parts
• Understand and achieve department measures
