Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders per blueprints and specs.
• Install seals, pistons, rods, end caps and components accurately.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper fit during assembly.
• Perform pressure and functional testing for safety and quality.
• Use calipers, micrometers and torque wrenches during assembly.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean.
• Communicate issues to supervisors or QC staff.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and safety.
