Qualifikationen

• Experience with heavy assembly is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Disassemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders according to work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Safely remove rods, pistons, seals, and other components using proper tools and techniques.
• Clean, organize, and prepare parts for inspection, repair, or reassembly.
• Mark cylinder components with the correct job number.
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects and report findings.
• Identify parts that can be reused, repaired, or replaced.
• Maintain accurate records of disassembly work performed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with assembly, machining, and quality teams.
