Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
Proficiency with CAD and office software.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage engineering personnel for efficiency.
Provide technical guidance to sales and purchasing on production/design inquiries.
Prepare engineering drawings and specifications for production orders.
Design and engineer custom hydraulic/pneumatic products and modifications.
Review and implement design change requests.
Reverse-engineer customer-supplied products to create viable manufacturing solutions.
Research and develop new hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder technologies.
Train and mentor engineering staff to build technical leadership.
