Job summary

G&H Distributing & Supply is seeking an assembler to manufacture hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies that meet Parker and customer specifications. You will use established work instructions, read orders, and select hoses and fittings to match requirements.

This role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and safety in a manufacturing environment. You should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; training will be provided for reading blueprints and operating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies using work instructions and specifications.
• Read work orders, assembly instructions, and basic blueprints or specifications.
• Select hoses, fittings, adapters, and components for each assembly.
• Inspect assemblies to verify crimp dimensions, fit, and quality.
• Perform quality checks and document production activities.
• Safely operate assembly equipment, crimping machines, measuring tools, and other production equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies; support teammates as needed.
