Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Clear, accurate communication with customers and vendors.
• Reads and follows written work instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Interpret technical instructions from diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Handle inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Accurate keyboarding for data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Prophet21 knowledge preferred.
• Score 70%+ on Mechanical Aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product per customer requirements.
• Prioritize build schedules based on production timelines.
• Communicate improvement ideas or issues to management.
• Record completions, errors, downtime, and hoses per day.
• Problem-solve by matching order to BOM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
