Job summary

HAWE Manufacturing INC is seeking an Assembly Line Technician to assemble, test, and process hydraulic components while ensuring quality and safety standards. This role supports production operations through inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, reads technical work instructions, and can use Windows-based systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills and technical understanding.
• Must be able to read and understand technical work instructions and apply them to the production process.
• Basic computer (Windows-based) skills and MS Office package.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Must be a self-starter with determination to produce quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test hydraulic components accurately and according to quality procedure.
• Engrave new model code plates for newly assembled and/or repaired components.
• Process production orders to quality procedures.
• Assist in Inventory Cycle counts.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and housekeeping of the assembly & test areas.
• Operate all machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
• Assist in Inventory Cycle counts.
• Assist in Shipping/Receiving according to quality procedures.
• Support the company with a positive attitude and work with customers as needed.
