RBC Bearings Incorporated (NYSE: RBC) is seeking a Hone Machine Operator - Blanking in Santa Ana, CA to set up and operate Speed Lathes, Hone, and occasionally CNC lathes to meet daily production and quality requirements.

You will follow quality control standards, inspect dimensions, report defects, and maintain a clean, safe work area while complying with safety regulations. A GED and basic machine-function familiarity are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in safety practices and quality awareness.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect dimensions precisely.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Speed Lathes, Hone, and CNC lathes as needed.
• Follow quality control standards and document inspections.
• Identify defective materials and report to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and safe per regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
