Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Training in safety, ESD awareness, FOD awareness, and quality systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect machined dimensions.
• Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret written notes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Speed Lathes, Hone, and sometimes CNC lathes.
• Follow quality control standards with in-process inspection and documentation.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with safety regulations.
• Understand basic machine functions and assist with setups as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
