Job summary

Tyson Holsters is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for an on-site role in King William, VA. You will perform hands-on production tasks including forming, buffing, drilling, cutting and routing holsters in a craft-driven environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and reliability. Training will be provided, with room for advancement as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to stand, lift and perform repetitive tasks all shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools to produce holsters and related products to standards.
• Inspect finished goods for quality, fit and consistency throughout production.
• Cut, shape, or mold materials per work orders and specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following safety protocols.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while keeping high quality.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, packaging, and shipping as needed.
