Ruger Firearms in Hebron Estates, KY is seeking a Production Associate for front-line manufacturing. You will operate basic to complex machines, including CNC turning and milling, and perform assembly tasks as needed.

You must have sharp attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to adapt to changing assignments. Overtime may be required and quarterly profit sharing is available. Starting wage varies with experience and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, but not required.
• Previous machine operator or high-volume, medium-mix manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 18 years old; able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-line production equipment, including basic to complex machines.
• Perform CNC turning and milling, assembly work, and related duties as assigned.
• Maintain visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail; adapt to changes; overtime may be required.
