Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to operate NC and offline machinery, develop setups, fixtures, and programs, and train production staff. You will identify and resolve machining issues, drive efficiency, and support engineering project implementations.

You will create part models, collaborate with engineers, mentor teammates, and manage tool inventory while contributing to layout optimization and safe, organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience
• Lean background preferred
• Fundamental computer skills
• Strong mathematics capabilities
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Clear communicator in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and confirm setups, fixtures, and programs for NC and offline machinery.
• Provide training for machine setup and operation to production staff.
• Support identification and resolution of machining issues.
• Drive improvements in processes and efficiency.
• Create models for new parts and revisions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on project implementation.
• Assist and mentor team members in hitting project milestones.
• Maintain and manage the tool crib and consumable stock.
• Contribute to layout designs for optimizing equipment flow and material handling.
