Qualifications

• Proven experience with hermetic laser welding, preferably with fiber or Nd:YAG lasers.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of basic safety regulations and practices regarding welding operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate laser welding systems to create hermetic seals.
• Perform visual inspection using microscopes and utilize non‑destructive testing.
• Maintain production logs, weld parameters, and quality inspection records.
