Job summary

Manitou Group is seeking a qualified candidate for an entry-level assembly-related role in Madison, South Dakota. The position is onsite with a 1st Shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).

Base pay starts at $21.00 per hour, with potential quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications

• Preferred manufacturing experience
• Must be a self-starter, team player and have the ability to multitask.
• Able and willing to work in other areas as needed. Suggest and implement improvements. Follow up on details. Seek out productive work when assignments are completed. Actively participate in continuous improvement for our products and process to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Operate, maintain, and use PPE and safety equipment.
• Inspect results for conformance to prints and specifications.
• Collaborate with coworkers and assist with cross-training.
• Able to work overtime as required.
