Alamo Group Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI is hiring Snow Equipment Installers/Assemblers to build, install, and service snow removal equipment. You will assemble components, install hydraulic systems, and ensure proper operation through testing and calibration.

This role requires reading prints and schematics, using hand and power tools, and lifting up to 50+ pounds. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in mobile equipment installations/maintenance.
• Reads and interprets prints and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with engine diagnostics and drivetrain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and adjust hydraulic mobile equipment components.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Test units and verify pressure, leaks, and calibration.
• Operate and coordinate use of cranes and lifting devices.
• Document inspections and maintain safety standards.
