Job summary

Alamo Group in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking skilled Snow Equipment Installers/Assemblers to build, install, and fit snow removal equipment.

You will assemble, install, remove, and troubleshoot hydraulic mobile equipment components, calibrate flow and pressure devices, and ensure quality through testing and inspections. The role requires reading prints, following work orders, and lifting heavy parts in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of mobile equipment installation/repair experience.
• Experience with engine diagnostics and driveline knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and fit snow removal equipment.
• Set up parts and materials per work order.
• Diagnose hydraulic system issues and perform repairs.
• Calibrate flow and pressure devices.
• Operate cranes to assemble large parts.
• Read prints and hydraulic schematics.
• Document inspections and test units.
• Overtime as production schedules require.
• Transport vehicles safely when needed.
