Job summary

ReSound is seeking an assembler to precisely assemble, wire, and inspect hearing aids and related devices. You will use a microscope and small hand tools per SOPs, with emphasis on dexterity and accuracy.

The role involves quality checks, electro-acoustic testing, data entry, and adherence to safety policies on the production line. High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred data entry/manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data entry and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.
• Stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs solo, 50+ lbs with team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and inspect medical devices per SOPs.
• Use microscope and hand tools for assembly and finishing.
• Conduct quality checks including electro-acoustic testing and listening checks; program devices as needed.
• Maintain production line speed, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and input data into systems.
