ReSound is seeking an assembler to precisely assemble, wire, and inspect hearing aids and related devices. You will use a microscope and small hand tools per SOPs, with emphasis on dexterity and accuracy.
The role involves quality checks, electro-acoustic testing, data entry, and adherence to safety policies on the production line. High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred data entry/manufacturing experience.
This role is responsible for the precise assembly, wiring, and inspection of medical devices (hearing aids) following strict work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Assembler will regularly use microscopes and specialized hand tools, requiring a high degree of dexterity and accuracy.
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50+ pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc).
Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $18.50 - $21.88. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
