Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Machine Operator for the Heading department in Stanfield, NC, on the 2nd shift (M–F, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Training occurs during 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM). You will help meet the production schedule, perform changeovers, and ensure quality parts by following process checks and plans.

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude; automotive experience helpful.

• Ensure production schedule is met.
• Perform machine changeovers.
• Produce quality parts by following in-process checks and plans.
• Run parts to customer specifications.
• Support safety, 5S, and environmental practices.
• Coordinate materials to work centers as needed.
• Support quality improvements and records in MES.
