Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of harness/cable assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Familiarity with standard cable assembly tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect cable and harness assemblies.
• Build semi‑complex to complex harnesses (AC/DC power cables, I/O cabling).
• Follow drawings, samples and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Use hand tools and cable‑specific equipment (wire strippers, crimpers, soldering stations).
• Perform in‑process and final inspections for specifications.
