Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cable or harness assembly.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, samples, and written instructions.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build semi-complex to complex cable harnesses, including AC/DC power cables, I/O cabling, and custom cable assemblies.
• Follow established methods, drawings, samples, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately.
• Use hand tools and cable-specific equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering stations, and cable testers.
• Perform in-process and final inspections; test cable assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support wiring of built chassis when custom cabling workload is minimal.
• Maintain ESD compliance and follow Elma workmanship standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping guidelines.
• Meet production schedules, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
