Job summary

SpotOn is recruiting for an Associate Hardware Shipping Specialist to support warehouse operations, picking, packing, and shipping hardware orders. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to fulfillment SOPs, SLAs, and QA checks.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year in warehouse ops, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. The company offers stock plans, insurance, 401k, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.
• Follow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.
• Enter fulfillment data accurately into internal systems.
• Assist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.
• Support inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.
• Report order or inventory discrepancies promptly to senior team members.
• Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.
• Participate in training on shipping systems and tools.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
• Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
• Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
