Job summary

Snap-on Tools is hiring a Distribution Support Associate to support shipping, packaging, and material movement in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will help ensure correct orders, load/unload materials with equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling. Forklift certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English with all levels.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and follow through.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with production, warehouse, and shipping personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, packaging, material movement, and production operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver raw materials and components to production workstations and maintain orderly finished goods areas.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and support inventory accuracy.
