Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an Associate Hardware Shipping Specialist to support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping hardware orders, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You will follow SOPs, learn NetSuite, and work under guidance to ensure correct SKUs and timely carrier pickups. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in warehouse ops, and interest in fintech/SaaS contexts. This is an on-site US-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders under guidance, ensuring correct SKUs and quantities.
• Follow packing standards to minimize damage during transit.
• Enter fulfillment data into internal systems accurately.
• Assist in staging shipments and preparing boxes for carrier pickup.
• Support inventory put-aways and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies to senior team members.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists.
• Maintain high-quality, accurate work and verify outcomes.
