Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Experience with hand sanding or woodworking is preferred.
• Must be able to lift, move, and Hand Sand 16 guitars per shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute standard operating procedures.
• Cross train in sanding processes (Body Sand, Neckfit).
• Must be able to lift, move, and Hand Sand 16 guitars per shift.
• Maintain quality and meet production specifications.
• Adhere to department protocols (5S and Safety).
