Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, or related field.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and instructions.
• Certifications: Forklift, Critical Lift Crane, ACT WorkKeys Silver or higher.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate broaching machines, including tooling installation and alignment.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs.
• Inspect components with precision gauges to verify dimensions.
• Make mechanical adjustments to feeds, strokes, and setups to maintain accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes following PPE and safety procedures.
