Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in CNC spherical grinding equipment setup.
• Skilled with indicators, gauges, dial bore gauges for first article and in-process inspection.
• Must maintain tolerances within .0003 inches on IDs and profiles.
• Ability to follow blueprints and quality requirements precisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and operation of grinding processes with minimal supervision.
• Complete all phases of part setup to achieve first article acceptance.
• Conduct in-process quality inspection and record results accurately.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce variation.
• Input data into visual management forms and report to management.
