Job summary

You will balance quality workmanship with meeting production schedules and participate in Lean initiatives. The role requires basic math, the ability to read manuals, and mechanical aptitude from prior automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and convert instruction manuals/diagrams into work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install engine components and assemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Verify product quality and report defects per quality checks.
• Measure critical dimensions using micrometers/calipers to ensure accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with lifting up to 40 pounds.
