Power Solutions International (PSI) is seeking a Team Member Assembly in Darien, WI to assemble engine components and subassemblies per engineering drawings and standard work. The role emphasizes Lean methods, quality standards, and meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities include using hand tools and precision measuring devices, adhering to safety guidelines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ability to read diagrams and manuals.
• Mechanical aptitude in automotive assembly or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Willingness to obtain optional certifications and communicate in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install engine components or subassemblies using hand tools and electronic tooling per blueprints and work instructions.
• Verify product quality using quality checklists and report defects.
• Measure parts with micrometers/calipers to ensure critical dimensions are met.
• Lift and maneuver items up to 40 pounds; assist with team lifts for heavier parts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; operate tools per instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
