Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) in Beloit, WI is hiring a Team Member Assembly to assemble engine components and subassemblies. You will follow blueprints and standard work instructions, use micrometers and calipers, and verify quality while balancing production schedules. The role requires reading manuals and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Shift is Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Prior mechanical aptitude and familiarity with lean manufacturing are helpful.

Qualifications

• Must know how to read a measuring tape.
• Read and comprehend instruction manuals/diagrams.
• Comfortable working at heights 14–35 feet.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install engine components and assemblies per blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Verify product quality using quality checklists and report defects.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure critical dimensions and detect deficiencies.
• Adhere to safety procedures and lean/ISO processes as required.
