Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Formulation Technician to join its Manufacturing/Production support group.

You will prepare and dispense reagents, dyes, buffers, and solutions using precise weighing, pipetting, and pH adjustment, while following approved procedures. You will operate spectrophotometers, pH meters, balances, and other equipment in a controlled environment, perform aseptic manufacturing, maintain batch records, and support packaging and finished-product processing to ensure quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to read and follow written procedures with accuracy.
Basic math skills including conversions, concentrations, dilutions, and weights.

Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense reagents, dyes, buffers, and solutions with precise weighing and pipetting.
Operate laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers/UV-Vis, pH meters, and balances.
Perform aseptic manufacturing following approved procedures and safety requirements.
Complete batch records and maintain inventories.
Support filling, labeling, packaging, and processing of finished products.
