Job summary

Werfen is seeking a production technician to formulate Clinical Chemistry controls and reagents, in accordance with GMP standards. The role involves operating a range of production equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include tank cleaning, sterilization, material preparation, and assisting in other department tasks as needed. The position requires a High School diploma and the ability to lift materials per OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and move materials per OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production area in a clean and orderly manner per GMP.
• Performs tank clean out, sterilization, and maintenance.
• Operates centrifuges, filtration equipment, pH meter, refractometer, balances, and other production equipment.
• Prepares glassware and production materials for runs.
• Follows SOPs and safety policies.
• Supports other department tasks as needed by senior personnel or team leader.
